Reviw and Comment on our MERGER PLAN
The Chief Elected Officials Board (CEOB) of Southeast KANSASWORKS Inc. approved the development of a comprehensive operational plan to merge with Local Area I—Kansas WorkforceONE, Inc.—with an anticipated effective date of October 1, 2025. Following this decision, staff from both organizations worked together to create a joint merger action plan.
The proposed Merger Plan is now available for public review and comment through the Kansas Department of Commerce. You can view the plan and submit comments via the KANSASWORKS State Board’s public comment portal.
Please submit any comments by 8:00 AM on September 12, 2025.
