REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS:
AUDIT SERVICES

The Kansas Association of Workforce Boards (KAWB) is soliciting proposals from qualified entities to provide auditing services for the Local Workforce Development Boards (LWDB’s). The LWDB’s may contract each separately or as one entity under the KAWB.

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals and provide the general guidelines and procedures for submitting such a proposal.If you have any questions regarding the request, please submit them to [email protected] prior to 5:00pm CST on Monday, July 10, 2023. Questions will be addressed at the Pre-Proposal Conference. (See details below.)

Key Dates:

February 15, 2024 – RFP Available for Distribution

February 23, 2024, 5:00pm – Pre-Bid Questions Dues

February 29, 2024, 10:00am – Pre-Proposal Conference

March 22, 2024, 12:00pm – Deadline for Proposals to be Received

Pre-Proposal Conference:

A pre-proposal conference will be held at 10:00 AM Central Standard Time on February 29, 2024, using Microsoft Teams. Interested proposers must contact Leanne Kehres via voice at 620-208-6341 or via email to [email protected] to RSVP no later than 8:00 AM on February 27, 2024, to receive instructions on how to join the conference call.

Attendance is not required at the pre-proposal conference but is encouraged.
